Pansy Craze was not a film but an immersive theatre nightclub experience created by Maya June Dwyer, Isaac Betters, and DaiAwen Cynfamau. Set in a queer Kabarett hall in Berlin in the early 1930s, Pansy Craze tells the story of eight characters across three floors and ten rooms as they navigate love, loss, self-discovery, and community amidst the downfall of the queer capital of Europe. Discovering the story through their navigation of the space, audience members follow their instincts to choose which characters to pursue and which stories to explore. The club dances feverishly closer to the end of their world as they know it while Berlin tumbles towards chaos.
